  • All wholesale orders are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States
  • International shipping may be available upon request (subject to approval)

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers (for large wholesale orders)

The shipping method is selected based on order size, weight, and destination.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for large wholesale orders
  • Rates depend on package size, weight, and delivery location
  • Any additional duties, taxes, or fees (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: Varies by destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Muneeb Apparal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days with photos
  • Lost packages must be reported promptly so we can assist with carrier claims

8. Freight & Large Orders

  • Large wholesale orders may ship via freight
  • Freight deliveries may require a commercial address
  • The buyer is responsible for unloading and receiving freight shipments

9. Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships
  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages
